The villa is modern in design with clean straight lines with lots of panoramic glazing. The villa is made in dark colors, which is not typical for this region. Natural stone, porcelain stoneware, composite wood and HPL panels were used in the decoration of the facades. The villa has its features – a small pond with a fountain at the entrance, phytowalls integrated into the interior and exterior, a barbecue area, an outdoor lounge area, an area for sports and yoga on the 2nd floor terrace and, of course, an outdoor pool.
